The art of living is in the joy of giving….
I happened to visit a bigger joint family yesterday filled with all elders, kids and of generations. The only point is that they were not blood relations but related through real love and care
The elders who were deprived of their family including their own children and that smallest kids abandoned by their parents – it was nothing less than ecstasy sharing their love to each other.
We often come across this critic – I do so much to family, friends , at work – but they dont consider nor respect nor….. But, there are ppl who just get excited with a simple smile from you. That’s priceless.
I firmly believe in these great lines – what is been given to you is JUST NOT FOR YOU.

Its been hours having left the special home, but memories are deep rooted. Sharing of love is the best beautiful momentum. It was a blissful day!
Sumeru – Happy Day!
That’s how we defined it. Every company will have its special moments and its milestones.Its that moment, reminds us where we begin and the destined travel.
Recently, we reached our milestone of servicing 25th client and long time pending payments been cleared. We thought, this was special starting from nothing and growing with our pace as a beautiful journey!
So, hosted this special day with special people. Through Agal foundation (an NGO supporting Visually challenged people), we had good moments with VC women’s hostel at Porur, Chennai.
A lot can happen over a coffee. But, a smile is guaranteed with a cake 🙂 So, with our cake cutting, gifts and dinner time, we had our “Happy Day” more happy and memorable.
We wish to organize many more “Sumeru – Happy Days”. Sincere thanks to our clients, candidates, and every kind supporters in this humble journey.

So, be prepared to make yourself available for the process. We come across candidates, due to sudden project pressure or overload of work or during critical times, when they face the hardest times at work, they take the instant decision and update their resume on the portal

Their mobiles will be ever ringing with opportunities. But, they don’t have time – to attend calls nor interviews. Out of 10 calls, they might be able to attend 1, so by that time 9 opportunities are already missed out. And, for that 1 interview — NO TIME!
Don’t overload yourself with more pressure. If you are amidst a challenging situation, ensure you settle it down and then plan your next.
Prepare yourself both technically and mentally to be effective and available! Foremost, give Time Management, top priority.

Our recent visit to a needy home, sponsoring dinner and bestie moments shared. It is a true feel – Every earning we make in a clean way is directly proportionate to happiness. And every paise, when we share its 10x of its happiness.
When we all say – Beautiful life is nothing but that filled with peace and happiness.
